Welcome to the Florida Brownfields Association
The FBA is a non-profit, volunteer, service organization dedicated to advancing the cleanup and redevelopment of Brownfields in Florida. The 2011 Florida Legislature passed legislation to assist the redevelopment of certain contaminated sites in Florida by increasing the annual authorization for VCTC from $2 million to $5 million annually. These tax credits are available for brownfield sites and certain eligible dry-cleaning sites and can cover a significant portion of the costs of site remediation. To read more, click here.
