Mr. Titkanich is the Community Development Director for the City of Cocoa and he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners. As part of that effort he started the City of Cocoa’s Brownfield Redevelopment Program in 2003. The City has successfully managed three EPA Brownfields Assessment Grants for both Hazardous Substances and Petroleum. John previously served as a Planner in both Land Development and Economic Development for the City of Orlando.

Janet is a Senior Project Manager with the Health, Safety, and Environmental Services Division of Bureau Veritas North America, Inc. in Miami. Ken has over 20 years of research and management leadership in the private and public sector including pharmaceutical leaders Novartis and Johnson & Johnson.
Dr. Satchel is the City Manager for the City of Mulberry. Frank earned his undergraduate degrees from the University of South Florida and his Doctorate in Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University. Frank is a board member of the Heartland Brownfield Revitalization Partnership of Polk County. He retired from the Polk County School System after 35 years of service and previously served as Superintendent of Wyandanch School District in Wyandanch (Long Island), New York.
